Historic home of noted pioneer leader, representative of other period homes. Period furnishings. Built of ponderosa pine and local cut rock. Main floor: eating room and storage room, two bedrooms; second floor: runs length of the home and used for family activities, children sleeping room, church meetings, spinning, school classes. The home also served as a community gathering place. Daily tours. 9:00-dusk. Free admission.
