Capitol Reef Area
This is Utah’s most remote and least visited national park of the five national parks in Utah. We enjoy the unusual and beautiful Water Pocket Fold, some very interesting Fremont Indian petroglyphs and formations that reminded the early settlers of the Capital dome in Washington, DC. We can also take short hikes to the Capital Dome, Hickman Bridge, or drive to Grand Wash, Cassidy Arch, or the Golden Throne.
Southern Utah Scenic Tours can provide you with multiple tour options, ranging from motor coach tours, hiking tours, to backpacking tours. Customized tours are available for individuals, families, small and large groups of any size. We are the oldest receptive tour operator in Southern Utah and are proud of the opportunity to serve you.
