Wasatch Mountain- Mountain Course
Classic Mountain-style layout requiring shots played from downhill, uphill and sidehill lies. Enjoy occasional sightings of roaming deer, elk, wild turkeys and moose. Carts mandatory on the Mountain Course.
Midway, Utah is the site of two of the state's most popular public golf courses. Voted one of the "Best Places to Play" by Golf Digest, the spectacular Wasatch Mountain State Park boasts a 36-hole facility, complete with a comfortable, full-service clubhouse, beautiful practice green and driving range and an on-site restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.
The park's challenging 18-hole Mountain Course (cart required) is carved from natural mountain contours, and is known for occasional sightings of roaming deer, elk, wild turkeys, moose and other wildlife.
You'll reach vantage points overlooking the beautiful Heber Valley below.
The 18-hole Lake Course lies on gentler terrain, where surrounding mountains slope away to the valley floor. Season-long pastoral beauty, with tree lined fairways and eight lakes and ponds, offers just the right setting to make the Lake Course a favorite for high, low and "no" handicappers.
Surrounded by the Heber Valley's year-round recreational playground, Soldier Hollow is perfectly complemented by area activities and amenities such as:
- horseback riding
- water sports
- blue-ribbon fly fishing
- continuous community and special events
- additional golf (Heber Valley boasts 90 holes!)
- award-winning dining from Utah's Best of State Burgers & Shakes to four-star fine dining and everything in between
- all varieties of lodging including AAA Four-Diamond resort properties, hometown motels, romantic Bed & Breakfasts and comfortable condominium style properties
