Hiking in Arches National Park

Featured Hikes: Delicate Arch, Devils Garden, Windows Section, Fiery Furnace

From Utah's famous icon, Delicate Arch, to other surreal features such as Balanced Rock, Arches National Park offers a plethora of hiking trails for visitors of all ability levels. An intertwining of most trail systems allows visitors to see many of the park's 2,000 sandstone arches up close and personal within a few days.

Watch our video clips highlighting the Delicate Arch and Devils Garden hikes.

Uniquely, many Arches National Park trails lead directly under some of the arches, giving a new perspective to these famous natural icons. Due to the relatively small size of the park, few trails extend far from paved roads. There are a few trails into remote areas and they are extremely rewarding. Check with the visitor's center before planning a backcountry trip.
