Moab Area Wineries

Moab's warm, desert climate has proven advantageous for growing wine grapes. Two wineries are flourishing in the area, producing prize-winning beverages. Tasting tours are offered at both wineries.

Castle Creek Winery is located at Red Cliffs Lodge, just 15 miles northeast of Moab, along beautiful Scenic Byway 128. It uses locally grown Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and other fine grapes. Castle Creek Winery currently produces over 15,000 combined gallons of wine annually. Each bottle is filled, labeled, and boxed by hand labor on site.
