Bear Lake State Park Beautiful Bear Lake is host to the annual Raspberry Days festival.

Each year, thousands gather at Bear Lake to celebrate the harvest the area’s famous and tasty raspberries. Here’s a schedule of this year’s festivities, which takes place July 31 – Aug 3:

 

Wednesday, July 31

  • 5:30–7pm: Miss Berry Princess Contest

 

Thursday, August 1

  • 10am–8pm: Main festival and fair
  • 8:30–9:30am: Zumba
  • 5:30pm: Parade
  • 7–8:30pm: CONCERT — Tyke James and the Moss (The Voice contestant)

 

Friday, August 2

  • 10am–8pm: Main festival and fair
  • 8:30–9:30am: Zumba
  • 11am–12pm: Pie-eating contest. $3 entry fee. All participants receive a t-shirt, prizes for winners
  • 12–1:30pm: Concert — Saddle Strings
  • 3–4:30pm: Concert — Tyke James and The Moss (The Voice contestant)
  • 6–7:30pm: Concert — The Naked Waiters
  • 7:30–8:30pm: Laketown Rodeo. 12 and up: $8, 4–11: $5, 3 and under: free

 

Saturday, August 3

  • 10am–6pm: Main festival and fair
  • 8am: 5K Fun Run. Register at runnercard.com
  • 8–11am: Pancake breakfast
  • 8am–2pm: Golf scramble. Call (208)945-2744 to register.
