If you're looking for a little extra room to spread out, the town homes at the Crossings have just what you need. These multi-level town homes offer spectacular views of the mountains and canyon with the comfort and convenience of your own home. Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a fireplace, a jetted hot tub in the master bathroom, a private balcony and a two-car garage. Guests will also enjoy access to Club Solitude.

Amenities & Services

Club Solitude Village guests can relax and unwind at Club Solitude. Located in the heart of The Village, guests are welcome to spend some time in one of Club Solitude’s saunas, take a dip in the heated pool or let their worries melt away in one of the hot tubs. Guests can also enjoy a game of pool or challenge friends and family to a classic board game or Xbox video game in the family-friendly game room. If games aren’t your thing, you can entertain yourself by watching one of the nightly movies in our comfortable theater or simply sit down and relax by the fire in the cozy great room.

Spa at Solitude After a long day on the mountain few things are more relaxing than some hands-on pampering. Located in the Inn at Solitude, the Solitude Mountain Spa offers the finest in spa services. Unwind with a therapeutic body treatment, one of our signature facials or a deep tissue massage. The Solitude Mountain Spa also offers several spa packages for those who wish to completely indulge. Please feel free to browse through our menu of services or contact us to make an appointment. The spa is closed in the summer.

Ice Skating Imagine spending an afternoon or evening ice-skating with your friends and family in the heart of Solitude’s charming, European-style village. Our ice sheet is surrounded by cozy, rink-side fire pit providing a place to sit and relax, warm your hands and feet or make some delicious S’mores while you watch your loved ones skate by. Skates are available to rent at the Village adventure center in the Powederhorn Lodge.

Summer Activities It’s not just about winter; it’s about finding Solitude all year long. We have many summer activities to enjoy. Although we love winter, Solitude has many summer activities to enjoy. Come up for some hiking, mountain biking, fishing or an adventure on one of our mountain scooters. You’re also welcome to try your hand at a game of disc golf on our beautiful 18 hole course. If you’re looking for pure relaxation, visit us for a delicious weekend brunch, or a scenic lift ride. You could spend your summer anywhere, but when you spend it in Solitude it’s special. That’s what we mean when we say, “Refined by Nature.”

Dining and Attractions

Moonbeam Lodge

Serving hot breakfasts, hearty lunches and après ski fare, the Moonbeam Lodge is a great way to start or end your day at Solitude. Come in for some hot oatmeal or eggs for breakfast or enjoy a plate of meatballs for lunch served the Swedish way with lingon berry sauce. You can also choose from a variety of healthy sandwiches or burgers. Located at the base of the Moonbeam and Link lifts. Open Winter only.


Last Chance Mining Camp**

The Last Chance Mining Camp is a delicious place to stop for lunch. Enjoy fresh wraps, pizza, grilled specialties, hearty soups, baked goods and delicious chili. Or you can sample our Mexican menu featuring burritos and fajitas. Located conveniently adjacent to The Village. Open Winter only.

The Sunshine Grill

Not in the mood to come off the hill for lunch? Come check out the sunniest spot on the mountain and enjoy some of your barbecued favorites at the Sunshine Grill. Located between the Moonbeam and Eagle Express lifts.

Argenta Pub

Come in to the Argenta Pub for some appetizers and apres ski fare. Located at the Moonbean Lodge.

Summer dining at Solitude offers a wide variety of appetizing options, from an adventurous evening at The Yurt, to a relaxing, weekend brunch at Honeycomb Grill. And for those who are looking for something a little quicker, there's Stone Haus Pizzeria and Creamery. No matter what you're craving, Solitude has something to satisfy your taste for adventure.

The Yurt

The Yurt offers a dining experience for those with an appetite for adventure. Grab some comfortable shoes and enjoy a short hike on a wooded trail for an unforgettable, four-course meal prepared by a chef right in front of you. Reservations required.

Honeycomb Grill

Nothing says "Refined by Nature," like enjoying some weekend brunch is the summer or watching the skiers surrounded by amazing scenery. Come up for a menu of local produce and other seasonal delights while you relax on the patio and take in the view.

Stone Haus Pizzeria and Creamery

Offering a quick and convenient place to grab something to eat, Stone Haus Pizzeria and Creamery features a menu of fresh sandwiches and handmade pizzas. And if your sweet tooth is nagging you, try some of the hand-packed ice cream.

That’s what we mean when we say, “Refined by Nature.” Located just a mere 12 miles up Big Cottonwood Canyon and a short 40-minute drive from the Salt Lake International Airport, Solitude Mountain Resort is more than a destination. With over 1200 acres, 65 named runs, a Nordic Center, a family-friendly terrain park and some of the most impressive off-piste terrain in the country, Solitude is one of Utah’s most exciting winter resorts.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations canceled 72 hours after booking will forfeit deposit and reservations canceled 30 or fewer days prior to arrival will incur forfeiture of the full reservations amount.

Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is due at time of booking prior to 30 days of arrival, any remaining balance due will be deducted from the card on file 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled 72 hours after booking will forfeit deposit and reservations canceled 30 or fewer days prior to arrival will incur forfeiture of the full reservations amount.

Other Fees/Policies
Checkin Policy

The check in office is located at the second entrance of Solitude Mountain Resort. The building is labeled Solitude Resort Lodging. Summer check in hours: Are 8am to 8pm - any arrivals after 8 pm require a lock box code and guests must call 801.536.5765 get the code prior to their arrival. Winter check in hours: Front desk is open 24 hours.
