The Motherlode A (silver) unit features a large fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a family sized livign room. The bedding in Motherlode A offers 1 queen bed in three of the bedrooms and 2 twins in one bedroom. The unit offers 4 large full bathrooms and wireless accessibility along with a private washer/dryer.

The living room has a gas fireplace. Wood/duraflame fireplace in both queen bedrooms upstairs.2000 square feet. The underground parking garage provides assigned space for one vehicle. An additional parking stall is available on the Woodside Avenue side of the property.

Housekeeping service: six night stay or longer and you receive one mid week cleaning at no cost - excludes monthly rentals. Cancellation Policy

◾Holiday, Sundance and Presidents Day weeks – Cancellations made 61 days or more prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to $50 plus the reservations fee amount. Cancellations made 60-46 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to two nights lodging rate (the initial deposit) plus the reservations fee amount. Cancellations made 0-45 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. ◾All other winter periods - Cancellations made 46 days or more prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to $50 plus the reservations fee amount. Cancellations made 45-31 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to two nights lodging rate (the initial deposit) plus the reservations fee amount. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.

Deposit Policy

Payment policy: An initial deposit of two nights lodging rate plus a 5% reservations fee plus the tax on the reservations fee amount is due at the time of booking. Final payment, taxes and other fees are due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover and checks drawn from a U.S. bank account.

Checkin Policy

Motherlode Unit A guests will check in at the Park Avenue condominiums front desk located at 1705 Captain Molly Drive across from the Fresh Market Grocery store. Once you’ve arrived in Park City: Proceed to the Park Avenue condos located at 1705 Captain Molly Drive in Park City Utah 84060. Turn right into the Park Avenue complex, then turn left at the fork in the road. Near the pool area, you will see the check in office at Park Avenue. The office is opened daily during the winter season from 8am-9pm. (phone: 435-649-5114) *If you anticipate arriving after 9pm: You will check in via the lockbox located next to the front office building. Inside the wooden cabinet located near the clubhouse front doors, you’ll find the metal lockbox. Enter the lockbox code (call 435-649-5100 at least 5 days prior to arrival to obtain the lockbox code), turn the knob and collect your check in packet with check in code for the Motherlode A property. Proceed to the Motherlode Unit A property located at 627 Park Avenue (corner of Park Avenue and Heber Avenue).
