East Canyon State Park


East Canyon State Park is located in the mountains northeast of Salt Lake City. It is along the historic route where groups including Latter-day Saint pioneers and the Donner Party crossed the mountains. Today a beautiful reservoir is found in the mountain valley. It is a popular spot for boating, fishing, camping and picnicking.
