CANCELLATION POLICIES

For any reason you must cancel before the 45 days, all will be refunded less $150.00 per room cancellation fee. Once you have made full payment (regardless of the reason) you will forfeit full payment, unless we are able to refill the entire space. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved and will be charged for all changes. Due to the nature and size of our property, it is necessary to strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. We encourage you to cover your investment by taking out Trip Insurance.

DEPOSIT POLICIES

The Rustler requires $1,000.00 per room deposit at the time of booking and full payment 45 days prior to arrival.

CHECK-IN POLICIES

Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at Noon.
