Overview
Dreamkatchers Lake Powell Bed & Breakfast was customized for the discriminating traveler to southwestern Utah. This one-acre property includes breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Powell. You can be to the beach, stores and restaurants within minutes but always come home to your room and be in complete solitude. While staying with Dreamkatchers Lake Powell, you can also take advantage of the rooftop jacuzzi and dining areas.
The lodging here is ideal for couples, friends and honeymooners seeking a new adventure or a weekend getaway. Each guest room provides comfortable beds, beautiful decor, plush carpeting, ceiling fans, full tub showers and toiletries.
While away from the hotel, guests can enjoy their days seeing all the sights including Antelope Canyon, Colorado River, Toadstool Hoodoos, Horseshoe Bend Overlook, Glen Canyon Dam and Lake Powell.
Room Options
Classic Room - Sleeps up to 3 people
This room features a traditional look and feel with a charming four-poster queen bed, a cherry twin daybed, a dedicated & private bathroom and bathrobes.

Asian Room - Sleeps up to 2 people
This room features an eastern vibe with black and gold bed linens on the king sized bed. An in-room bath is also included. The Asian Room is ideal for couples looking for an exotic experience.

Cherub Room - Sleeps up to 3 people
The Cherub Room is the largest guest room with an angelic setting and in-room bath. This room also includes large windows, a king-sized bed, storage space, a large closet, dresser and nightstand.
Policies
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than 14 days in advance, your deposit will be refunded but there will be a $30 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will forfeit the deposit.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival date, or in the case of a no-show, no refund is given and you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the entire reservation.
A 30-day cancellation notice is required for holidays, special events and bookings of two or more rooms for any given date.
If we are able to rebook your room for the entire canceled reservation, your deposit, less a $30 processing fee per room reserved, will be refunded.
There is no price reduction or refund for early departure.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of one night's lodging is required to hold a reservation of two nights or less. For stays of three or more nights, a deposit of 50% is required. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival will require payment in full.
Additional Policies
A two-night minimum stay is required. We will accept single night reservations on orphaned nights between previously booked dates, or if made seven days prior to arrival.
