Cancellation Policies

48 hour cancellation prior to the arrival date is required.

Should your plans change, you must obtain a cancellation number to ensure full refund. Please retain the cancellation number for your records.

Failure to cancel by that time will result in forfeited deposit and a charge for the unpaid balance of the First 48 hours of the booking.

Deposit Policies

Flanigan's Inn requires an advance deposit and a valid credit card number to guarantee your reservation. The card will be charged for the full amount of the first night’s stay at time of booking.

Room and Suite rates apply for one or two persons. Extra guest, or rollaway bed, is an additional $10 per night. Children 5 years old or younger, or crib, at no charge.
