Utah Lake State Park


Utah Lake is a large freshwater lake that is popular for boating, water sports and fishing. Canoeing is popular on the lower Provo River, where it enters the lake. The park here offers very nice campsites and picnic areas.

Location

Located west of Provo, about 48 miles south of Salt Lake City.
From I-15 in Provo, take Exit 265 (Center Street exit) and follow Center Street west to the park.

Summer (April – October)

$20 per Vehicle
$10 per Vehicle for Utah Seniors 65 and Older
$5 per Person to Walk-In

Winter (November – March)

$10 per vehicle
$4 per person to walk-in


Boat Slips

All remaining rental slips became available on March 1, 2021, on a first-come-first-served basis. The rental slip season runs from April 1 – October 31. Slip prices vary based on size and range from $650 – $950. Proof of a current Annual State Parks Pass is also required for a rental slip.


Lakeshore Campground

$50 per Night for First Vehicle
$40 per Additional Vehicle, limit 1 extra vehicle per site if space permits

Every site has water and electric (30 amp) hookups

Old Ice Rink Day Use Group Pavilion
Reservation Fee: $100 per day
Entrance Fee: Pay Day Use Fee of $20 per vehicle

Amenities: Water, 2 Serving Tables, 2 Large BBQ’s, 14 Tables

Center Lawn Day Use Group Pavilion
Reservation Fee: $75 per day
Entrance Fee: Pay Day Use Fee of $20 per vehicle

Amenities: 1 Serving Table, 1 Large BBQ, 6 Tables, Sand Volleyball Court

Conference Room
Reservation Fee: $200 per day
Maximum Occupancy: 50 People
Amenities: A/C, Tables, Chairs, Patio, Gas BBQ, View of Marina, White Board, Projection Screen.

Camping

The campground offers tent and RV sites. Some RV sites are pull-through, some are back-in. RVs up to 47 feet can be accommodated. Water and power at each campsite. No full hook ups.
